Remote work, learning new skills

Cons

Too many tickets, no guidelines or real-time answers to troubleshooting, you keep researching for answers with angry customers worldwide, you keep adding to your backlog which makes it frustrating. High turnover makes it worse as you receive tickets from those who quit. You can be stuck on the same position for years with same pay

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
