      Pros

      You learn alot daily from the Microsoft technology which you support.

      Cons

      They pay the Nigerian base an unbelievable meagre $0.82 /hr and the Rwanda, Bulgaria, Colorado springs sites earn nothing less than $11/hr doing less job than the Nigerian site. What a shame. No holiday/public holiday is observed. Only 10 annual leave days for a while year!!! Lmaooo

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
