      Great people to meet. The actual engineers you meet are great people.

      Cons

      Horrible management. The most heard words in this company is "I will get back to you on that". Upper management are business based and will do anything to cut the corners to meet metrics, 9 months ago this job was great. The trainers then changed and the upper management made it impossible to either move up and improve.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
