      Pros

      Attainable 1st job in tech world. Excellent co workers who are mostly all in the same boat.

      Cons

      Abysmal management, mistreatment of employees, failure to pay bonuses, very difficult hybrid reward system. Company doesn't reward good work but instead only punishes bad work and good work. Company has horrible risk mitigation and throws their mistakes on the Frontline employees. Dodge company all costs.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
