Pros

1.Get paid on time 2. Managers that care about their Team 3.Leadership is kind and thoughtful and will work with you in case of family/medical/personal situations

Cons

1.Not enough pay for the amount of work sometimes you can't take a break because that would mean not completing your work for the day 2.Not enough restrooms in building sometimes you have to leave the building and go to a gas station in order to be able to use the restroom 3. Nothing is consistent and everyone is always under constant pressure to quickly adapt to constant changes 4.Timekeeping system is terrible

Thank you for your valuable feedback and we appreciate to hear that your experience with leadership has been positive. At Tek experts, every full-time employee is allotted two 15-minute breaks and an hour-long lunch break required per 8-hour shift. In our building we offer 6 restrooms with at least 3+ stalls per bathroom. At certain times throughout the day, our 3rd floor stalls can sometimes become busy. In these instances, it is recommended that the 1st floor restrooms are used. I do apologize for the perception of consistent pressure to adapt to frequent changes - Management will be provided this feedback to help improve internal change management processes.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
