It's wonderful to hear that you are enjoying your time at Tek Experts. Our core values - We Care, Stronger Together, and Learn and Grow - foster a culture that we can all take pride in. As part of our 'Grow with Tek Promise', we invest in the training and development of our people so that they are ready to take the next step in their career with us when opportunities arise. Tek Experts is a pay-for-performance organization that rewards employees based on their personal contributions to our business. Across many technical units, we offer the opportunity to earn a performance-related bonus for meeting quality and productivity targets. We have also implemented a framework called Tek Steps for our frontline employees, to enable them to map out career goals; each Tek Step corresponds with a base pay increase for qualified employees. Alongside base pay, our total rewards package also includes other benefits including doctor on site, health insurance and hybrid model.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
