      1. An avenue to learn 2. You learn from great minds 3. A place to Kickstart your tech career. 4. Exposure to world leading technology

      Cons

      1. Poor salary structure. An entry Technical Support Engineer earns #133,000 (naira). While a Technical Support Advocate earns less. 2. Pressure from the top management could make you loose your sanity. 3. No public holidays observed. 4. Tech Support Engineer are treated less than every other staff. The engineers/advocate bring in the money, but they are paid the least.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
