      Opportunity to learn and be grounded in your skilling, okay for Comp Science grads.

      Cons

      Meagre salary Exorbitant pressure that can cause high BP for many Requirement to sometimes pick extra tickets yet reduce your backlog like magic... Work during holidays (in Nigeria) Short leave period -10 days Loss of self identity if staying there over a long period except you are deliberate in taking care of your mind - (word of God kept me sane).

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
