In order to qualify for a bonus, you have to reach a metric that is impossible, which is good if you want to constantly feel like a failure. Your concerns will be greeted with “I’ll see what I can do” and then nothing will happen. If you don’t want to get moved to a different team and express this to your manager, they will reward you by moving you to that team.
