      Everyone working together rowing in the boat in the same direction. Never a dull moment as dynamic in nature and a lot of transformation occurring.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult to get the focus on your projects as a lot of different priorities.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
