      Tek is a good place to take knowledge to start a path Depending on your performance you can get some courses and certifications Good environment (depending from each team)

      Cons

      The salary is not competitive taking in consideration the work you are performing Not so much compensation benefits

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
