      -A good starting point for fresh graduates looking to gain experience in Tech. -Provides opportunities for skills development through hands-on technical work and problem solving. -Access to industry-recognized certifications, although they are not entirely free

      Cons

      -The salary is uncompetitive compared to industry standards. -The work environment can be toxic, with poor management and high pressure expectations. -No proper work life balance, -The workload is overwhelming, making it difficult to maintain productivity and well being.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
