      Pros

      Limited positives. A small group of colleagues stands out as truly great, though this represents only a very small fraction of the team.

      Cons

      Numerous drawbacks overshadow the experience: inadequate salary, poor benefits, and a glaring lack of structured processes. The work environment is toxic, cliquish, unprofessional, and rife with gossip, backstabbing, and snitching. Additionally, certain managers pressure employees to post positive Glassdoor reviews.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
