      Pros

      The organization offers a lot ot trainings, self paced learning, and opportunity for growth. If you commit to the teachings and ideology, you can advance. You have to perform at a high level but it will pay off. The organization fosters a culture of togetherness that is difficult to find.

      Cons

      The expectations and changes can make the work stressful.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
