Pros

Excellent team culture with supportive and knowledgeable colleagues. Great place to build foundational experience in tech support and cloud technologies. Workload was manageable, especially in my team, allowing for learning and growth. Opportunities for internal learning and exposure to real customer issues. Team leads and peers were always open to mentoring and collaboration.

Cons

Compensation is below market average compared to similar roles in the industry. Growth opportunities and promotions can be slow, depending on your department. Benefits and recognition could be improved to retain experienced talent.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
