      1. Good foundation to start your tech career. 2. Tek fellowship programme is a plus to reward hard and extra work.

      Cons

      Review customer ratings that are not agent related and exlude them like your partners do. Stop victimising your engineers. 2. Improve the escalation process.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
