      The Engagement Team is doing a fantastic job. It’s not just about the fun; their efforts have helped strengthen the bond among employees and foster a more connected work environment.

      Cons

      While the activities are great, not all employees are able to participate. It would help to explore ways to make events more inclusive across teams and shifts.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
