      Supportive work culture, great colleagues, learning on the job is encouraged, and health insurance coverage is commendable.

      Cons

      Salary is below industry standard, compensation does not reflect workload or skills, little financial growth, and few performance-based incentives, work-life balance is impacted as holidays are off the table.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
