Management shows little accountability or transparency. Employee decisions often seem based on personal connections, not performance. Some employees enjoy full WFH flexibility, while others lose hybrid roles unfairly. Managers are only briefly present at the start of shifts, then leave without guidance. Lack of effort to retain experienced employees, even though competitors pay more. Favoritism and poor leadership are causing talent loss and low morale.
