some managers are really nice and caring, really tried to teach you how to do things vs some who just blamed you. made a small mistake at work by giving the wrong bbt order to someone and she forced me to pay for the whole bubble tea. the pay is quite bad too. they claim that training is 7.5 and is only 1 month but even after 3 months they didnt remove me from the training period by testing me and i was literally doing 40 hours a week, training newcomers, doing morning shifts by myself and yet i was underpaid.
