      Bad salary and bad company culture. The CEO made xenophobic remarks on many occasions. People in this organisation have an unhealthy relationship with their job. Senior management set the worst example i.e. going to work sick with covid putting other employees at risk.

      It provides employment to jobseekers and the philosophy of the programming is great.

      Cons

      One top leader has led to the cropping up of undesirable and toxic culture. There is no sense of belonging and motivation is always low. In some offices, incompetent managers thrive at the watch of their supervisors
