Good facility layout for service users exceptional service provision from frontline staff

The CEO in this company is very unprofessional and creates an extremely toxic and damaging work culture shocking to note any positive comments on here are written by this CEO absolutely no communication from board of management to frontline staff it’s as if this board does not exist in other companies I’ve worked in there would be regular communication from The board to employees this is strangely non existent in this company shocking that The board of management never question the high levels of staff turnover and why this is the case avoid this company at all costs

Positive ethos, great frontline staff always, with genuine care and wish to support service users.

Management is toxic. CEO mirrors the behaviour of perpetrators of DVA. She bullies, gaslights, isolates staff, lies and manipulates. She has destroyed each staff member that has come to work to support service users against the same behaviour the CEO perpetrates. The staff turnover rate is shocking, and staff numbers are very low, with expectations beyond reason. Only the CEO meets with the Board of Management, there is so accountability there. Any positive reviews has been wrote by the CEO.
