      Pros

      I loved my time working with TFA as Director of Leadership Development. Being surrounded by smart, kind, generous individuals working towards educational equity cannot be replaced.

      Cons

      Living in the bay area, it is hard to ignore the lack of pay. If the salary was higher, I would stay for a long time.
