Pros
Mostly great people to work with depending on what team you are on. Flexibility and benefits are good. The newer executive leaders seem promising. Good core values and mission.
Cons
CEO seems to operate based on fear and has displayed an inability to relate to staff members. The executive leaders who have been there for many years do not inspire confidence. Layoffs almost every single year. Leadership doesn't always live into our values.
