Unsustainable workload and worst top management I’ve ever experienced - Director of Development Teach for America Employee Review

People at the top have 0 fundraising experience but are making massive decisions and completing changing the staffing structure at minimum every two years. Way too much workload that the high pay isn’t even justifiable. Currently laying off 40% of the company and I am hoping I get laid off.
