Pros
The people are great and the products are strong. The customer experience team genuinely care about their client base and want to make it work
Cons
Management has no idea what direction to go in. One second they want the business to be focused on one of the products and then suddenly the opposite and expect sales to immediately pivot and have a pipeline waiting. There is a reason the UK employee feedback is always so bad but all they say is “let’s go for drinks” instead of actually solving anything
