We appreciate hearing about your personal experience and are glad to learn that you like the people culture and some of our more unique work perks! ;-) We recognise that there are areas we need to make improvements on including compensation where we constantly aim to be both fair and competitive. We are currently mid-way through the Annual Salary Review and are conducting analysis such as Gender Pay Gap reporting. If there are specific concerns you have around fairness or preferential treatment of employees by peer/colleagues we 100% need to hear and action these.
