      The pros are all gone

      Cons

      Terrible leadership keep changing direction No new products. Deceptive leadership tell you your safe one day and fire you the next. Withhold salary and commission for months and months then refuse to pay at all. Commission plan is fake news the leadership don’t honour it at all.

      Awesome colleagues Great brand, product, and market positioning Beautiful office space filled with tons of snacks, free lunches, and activities Lots of opportunity to see growth and make an impact

      Cons

      Still a few growing pains leftover from the Outbrain/Teads merge that need to be ironed out
