Cons
- This place was the definition of toxic
- owners & upper management talks about past and present employees behind their backs and tries to turn people against each other
- Scam pay structure impossible to meet the goals they set
- if you don’t your sales goal you don’t get a commission
- Micromanaging to the extreme, they ask for your email login information when you are out of the office
- bad reputation, some accounts I inherited said they wouldn’t work with us because of poor past experiences
- They tell you how many calls you need to make, emails you need to send and LinkedIn messages you need to make, but if someone comes into the showroom you have to drop everything to help them
- No time to get anything done
- No clear vision
- No one knew what they were doing… sales support and sales
- Weird vibes, it was just off
- High turnover
- Promised us that we’d make a ton of money and that never happened
