Pros
This is truly a family. Everyone from the top down to the last person hired works together to make this an amazing company to work for. Everyone lifts each other up and you never have the feeling you are not heard. The benefits are wonderful.
Cons
Pay. This company compared to all of my peers in similar jobs at physical therapy companies are paid a much fairer wage. It makes it hard to stay here simply for one reason only, that you are not paid enough to afford a minimal life in todays economy.
