Pros

Team Resilience is a safe place where you can ask for help to anybody. Every week TR have "ask the team" sessions to share knowledge. Additionally, it is also planned several masteral classes and the employees training is taken as something very important as they invest a lot on that. The team environment is awesome. It is planned several activities, board games, monthly dinners and offsite events. The homeoffice is super accepted, but the environment is so good that we actually want to go at least once per week. In Team Resilience we breath people/team culture. The team always support your growth and your new ideas.

Cons

Team Resilience is a recent company, due to that some of the procedures are still in development. I don't consider it as a real downside since it's normal due to the age of the company and also give you the opportunity to be part of the process.

Pros

The feedback culture at Team Resilience is key, receiving feedback and providing feedback, either formal or informal, is close to a daily activity and it’s one great way of having everyone on the same page. The culture is really good, making it feel like a real team. Management really trusts the team and the talent of each individual, allowing and promoting personal and professional development for each one.

Cons

Some processes might not be in place or being adjusted along the way. But it is also where the difference is at Team Resilience, since everyone is onboard when processes are changed/created.
