Pros

-Nineteen Dollars An Hour (40k Annual) -I was required to write a pro. There are no pros.

Cons

-Office is extremely dirty, employees dirty. -Office reeks of cigarrettes -Office is very small and extremely cold. You are not allowed to have a heater in your office or touch the thermostat. -Printer ink, boxes, tape, etc office supplies are never ordered upon many requests. Having these items are critical, yet no one cares and they live day by day. -Completely out of touch management -TOXIC AND *RUDE* EMPLOYEES! AND ONLY 1 TO GO TO IF YOU NEED HELP! THEY WILL MAKE ZERO EFFORT TO HIDE THAT YOU ARE BOTHERING THEM (WHICH IS EVERY TIME) -PROPRIETARY ISSUES THAT CAN ONLY BE RESOLVED BY ASKING QUESTIONS -Escalation will frequently raise their voice at you/ talk down to you in frustration -Phone calls with techs are awkward because they cannot talk on the phone. -Techs purposely schedule themselves out every minute of the day for the entire week making it impossible to schedule/resolve urgent issues -All fixes applied by escalation are band-aids, so tickets reopen days or often hours later. -BS fixes and explanations by escalation to customers, telling them only what they want to hear. -CEO quit with zero notice last month and left us even further in limbo -Colleagues are consistently 45 mins to hours late every single day armed with an excuse -Any suggestion you have WILL be ignored -Any issue you are having within the company WILL be ignored -Fire employees who take 2+ sick days for "incomplete tickets"
