      The company is always looking to grow. They don't play safe, they are not afraid to take risks. They take good care of their employees.

      Cons

      Lots of working overtime. Due to the fast growth, there isn't much structure (yet). Which affects the workflow and there isn't much involvement in the process. You just need to get the job done.
