Pros
Hours are nice-pick your own shift but it has to be approved PTO but have to put requests in early because so many people request time off Paid holidays Health insurance is great
Cons
Everything is micromanaged and has to be pre-approved Too much stress and not taken seriously if you talk to your manager about it Work is repetitive Lots of extra coverage from people taking time off Very low pay Advancement is rare and competitive
