Even if you are having a bit opportunity to learh here, no one will ever come to you and ask you for the product training, you all have to do it by yourself. There would be no spoon feeding as well as no introduction to the product. There is lack of professionalism and hierarchy, the BOD can directly contact to the associates, the most furious and depressive thing is that you won't ever get any appreciation even you have given the best out of best infact you will get abused by the Management People. The CEO's won't provide you the paid tools and expect quality of work from your end . If you are experienced and having a soft heart then you would be mentally, emotionally and physically destroyed, even you could not manager yourself to work in some other organisations. I am having the worst experience
