Pros

I've really enjoyed my time at TeamSnap. I've had the opportunity to grow and move into new roles, and I've had several great leaders. I enjoy the work I do and the impact that we make in the youth sports community.

Cons

We move fast here! I personally enjoy being busy, but "busy" can be an understatement at times.
