Pros

- Good autonomy and trust (provided you're experienced, capable and competent) - Your ideas are always welcome - if you're proactive, you'll go far

Cons

- feedback is not welcome, just do your job and don't try to "fix" or "change" anything - company leads with fearm bullying, and constant threats where your job is on the line due to other people not performing. - mangement only care about quick wins. Nothing else matters. - Depending on the region and corporate culture, your voice does not matter. - "we are family" is a red flag. - Doing your job well doesnt matter - 0 training - Strong will to learn over actual experience ...sink or swim As long as you put your head down, ignore the noise, don't act on other peopls emotion, and let the whiny and complaining pass, you'll survive.
