Terrible culture. If you run one of their companies, you’ll never hear from them unless they want something or want to criticize you. No one involved in senior leadership seems to know how to manage people. They make short sighted decisions based on whims and are so focused on going public they’ll destroy anything in their way with no regard to long term strategy. Their leadership team has little to no experience running real companies but somehow knows everything about running a company?
