Pros
The HR was nice and always supportive . The company only wants your client to be happy , basically I was at client location . Appraisal was good and on time . No politics and minimal interaction to the point
Cons
Bench Policy , you are paid only when you are billed but I think they have good relationship with the client companies , they should be able to allocate you to any project . I joined the company understanding their rapport with client
