Nothing to mention as pros

I joined this company as consultant for client morgan stanley. I ruined my career by joining this hell of a company. HRs are illiterate and incompetent. They were not able to assist me with anything. I never saw the hr unyil resigned. There was no office in bangalore back when i joined. All was telephone calls. I was facing harrasement at client location and hr was cluelesson how to address. Hr was a fresher and another one i escalated to was lazy to deal with. They just ignored it until i quit. Noone cares about employees. All they care about is making money from clients. Salary processing is outsourced to paybooks. Never gets processed correctly. Hr does not care to intervene and help. You have to directly email paybooks and they take long to fix it. Female employees should avoid this company like hell. If you face any sexual harrasement hr will not even come to talk to you.

HR team constantly track the employees comfortablitiy at clients place ,very rare to find these type of payroll companies.

Salary package is fixed no nogiations are welcomed
