Amazing culture! - Lab Supervisor Teawolf Employee Review

I have been working at Teawolf for 3 years and the company has changed so much in that time. The pains of being a start-up have subsided significantly compared to when I first was hired. I work with some great people here and we use cutting edge technology in our daily processes.

The challenges of a startup.

Almost all of the employees are friendly, helpful people and a joy to be around, but unfortunately that doesn't pay the bills.

There is no incentive to work for this small, start up company. The owner is the only one with stake in the company, yet he believes everyone should work as if it will make any difference to them if the place grew into a large company. This includes questioning why hourly employees leave ON TIME, since he thinks everyone should want to put in extra hours a week for such a low paying job. The compensation is so low compared to comparable jobs in the industry, and the benefits are also at a bare minimum. I could go on and on, but this should be all you need to make a wise enough decision when faced with the possibility of a Teawolf position.
