Toxic, exhausting, and completely mismanaged — worst workplace experience I’ve ever had - Live stream operation specialist Tec-Do 2.0 Employee Review

This company operates in an extremely toxic and chaotic way. Management constantly pressures employees, uses intimidation, and creates a fear-based environment. Employees were openly threatened for asking about basic workplace rights or following written policies. The company provides an employee handbook and makes promises in writing, but in reality almost none of those rules are followed. Everything feels arbitrary and unstable. Work-life balance is nonexistent. I experienced expectations of working up to 13–14 hours a day, sometimes 7 days a week, with no respect for personal time or holidays. “Time off” is treated as an inconvenience to them. Even holidays listed in their own handbook were denied, and questioning anything was met with hostility. There is very little structure, no clear HR support, and no respect for state labor laws from what I saw. The overall environment felt disorganized, stressful, and unsustainable. Management shows no regard for employee well-being, and communication often comes across as dismissive or threatening. There was no sense of appreciation, professionalism, or basic respect. I genuinely do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable, healthy, or lawful work environment.
