      No pros for this company... it was great company few years back. Since 4 years this company became very unprofessional

      Cons

      Current atmosphere is not good. Huge and unnecessary pressure to sales guys . Unreasonable targets. Not Employee friendly HR and Management. Attrition rate is very high. Lots of nepotism
