DONT GET TRICKED BY THAT GPTW BADGE, IT DOES NOT HOLD ANY BEARING HERE. - Incompetent Management, - Too much politics. - Senior Level low skill set, they don't really deserve the position so to say. - No clear business structure path, only focus on monetary sales, they won't give you how to achieve the target, will only say achieve that target, it doesn't make any sense. - Too much gaslighting, will make you their pet if you let them. - Employee / Engineers blaming, no accountability on the management. And yeah, if it goes well, they will credit grab your accomplishment.
