Pros
They hire great people (when it comes to personality) Career Opportunities is at 3 stars because you get in touch with other companies which could give you a job after your contract ends (this depends on what your position is, of course)
Cons
Hiring Process You'll submit a CV for one job, get interviewed for another, and be hired for a different one. Be prepared to be shuffled around and not know what you're supposed to do for the first two weeks of employment. Salary Interns get horrible pay of approximately 400-500 euros per month, which I'm pretty sure is illegal. They make you bill them as freelance so they can get away with it. Employees make minimum wage (which is better than last year, where I hear everyone got paid as an intern and had to bill as a freelancer) If they agree on a salary or anything extra, have it written in an email, not just verbally. You may need to refer back to it. Work/Life Balance Be prepared to not have a life during the month of TOA. They expect you to work until 10 pm or later as well on the weekends, and don't compensate you for your 12+ hour work days. And during TOA? You'll definitely be working early in the morning until late at night. You'll eat, breathe and sleep TOA. -Micromanagement -You have to bring your own computer, they don't cover your phone bills even if you make calls, there's not enough desk space for everyone -the CEO throws out ideas and expects everyone to act on them on a whim, even if they're unreasonable
