Pros
Most of the people who work here are trying to do the right thing. People out on the floor are a great bunch of folks who've been here on average more than five years.
Cons
Training is nearly nonexistent. The work life balance policy is pretty bad. Most supervisors and manager allow far more leeway than what the policy states. Company has a very narrow product focus and that product is becoming obsolete. Compensation has always lagged behind the industry. There is more than money that can be used as compensation. Benefits package used to be top notch. Not so much anymore.
