Pros

Seniors were talented and highly skilled but on their own not because of the company. But they have left the company so nothing good is left.

Cons

Worst management HR can't do their job. They tell you to prioritise the company even before your family and parents. One of the member in the Management have no skills but try to teach other about their job. When things go wrong around them, they play the dirtest politics ever on the employees. Threats you on revoking your experience letter and relieving letter. They do not take responsibility of anything. Worst work life balance. If you want appraisal they tell you to sign the bond (min. 1 year)again then only appraisal will be given.

Pros

I joined as a QA intern with expectations of structured mentorship and a transparent path to full-time employment. Unfortunately, the experience lacked clarity and consistency. There was minimal technical or domain guidance from management. Most supervision focused on task assignment rather than skill development. As a fresher, I did not receive structured feedback or mentorship. Work expectations frequently extended beyond standard hours, including weekends. There were no clear policies regarding late-hour support or employee safety. I also experienced and observed behavior that felt dismissive and, at times, gender-insensitive. Professional respect in team interactions needs significant improvement. The internship-to-full-time transition process lacked transparency. Full-time employment was discussed during hiring; however, conversion criteria were unclear and appeared subject to changing internal conditions. Multiple interns were hired in recurring cycles without visible long-term retention. Additionally, there were limited external client projects during my tenure, and most work centered around internal tools that were not actively deployed. Concerns were raised internally about workload and communication, but responses were often unclear or non-constructive.

Cons

Cons: Lack of mentorship Lack of Projects Lack of everything High micromanagement Work-life imbalance Unclear employment stability Concerns around professional conduct Unhealthy gender discrimination

Pros

Not a single pros in this company

Cons

There is absolutely nothing positive about this company. All they know is how to degrade employees instead of appreciating even a single effort. If you ever try to speak up for yourself, it will instantly be marked as a “negative attitude” against you. Freshers, beware of such companies! I have personally witnessed how employees were laid off without any valid reason — almost the entire batch of new hires was removed. If you want to lose your confidence, motivation, and willpower to grow in your career, then this is exactly the kind of place you should choose. To make matters worse, they don’t even provide training certificates or offer letters in the end. Nothing. Just trauma, disappointment, and regret in the name of “growth.” I have lived this pain, and I can say with conviction — this is the worst place to work.
