Pros
I joined as a QA intern with expectations of structured mentorship and a transparent path to full-time employment. Unfortunately, the experience lacked clarity and consistency.
There was minimal technical or domain guidance from management. Most supervision focused on task assignment rather than skill development. As a fresher, I did not receive structured feedback or mentorship.
Work expectations frequently extended beyond standard hours, including weekends. There were no clear policies regarding late-hour support or employee safety.
I also experienced and observed behavior that felt dismissive and, at times, gender-insensitive. Professional respect in team interactions needs significant improvement.
The internship-to-full-time transition process lacked transparency. Full-time employment was discussed during hiring; however, conversion criteria were unclear and appeared subject to changing internal conditions. Multiple interns were hired in recurring cycles without visible long-term retention.
Additionally, there were limited external client projects during my tenure, and most work centered around internal tools that were not actively deployed.
Concerns were raised internally about workload and communication, but responses were often unclear or non-constructive.
Cons

Lack of Projects
Lack of everything
High micromanagement
Work-life imbalance
Unclear employment stability
Concerns around professional conduct
Unhealthy gender discrimination
