Cons
Not sure when the management will fire you if you are not a developer and dont get onboarded to a project. If you are a manager there is 1000% chance that you will be the first to get sacked. HR never responds to your calls or mails. Management will take sudden decisions of firing you and they dont give you time to shift to another job. They will give a minimal notice period and neck you out. All the issues will not reach the top level management and they wont get resolved. lot of communication gaps throughout the organization tree no freedom to express your thoughts. if you express they treat that as a big mistake and dont even ask you for any ideas in future
