Team engagement is always super thing in the workplace for both learning & working.
Cons
There was no healthy work-life balance in my tenure.
Not any kind of allowance even working the night shift.
No monthly incentives.
The payout is not good enough compared to the industry.
Obviously you'll find lots of credit stealers as TL, AM & Project Manager.
Give training to all, even your manager, then beg for paid leaves from them.
